Very nice video and workout. Thank you. But I’m not sure exactly what that exercise starting at 8:23 is working. The audio is slightly garbled. The workout is glutes but I don’t feel it there, so I must be doing something wrong. Do you think BFR bands would be a useful addition to this workout?

People don’t workout with everybody who claim to be a trainer why? because she forgot the key word 1.BREATH 2.SQUEEZE YOUR GLUTES 3. CONTRACT YOUR ABDOMINAL MUSCLE TO PREVENT HURTING YOUR LOWER BACK. :/
