This workout is amazing, yes is hard for beginners but it’s totally worth it.
This is effective, in fact, I did no more than 15 minutes of this and when I woke up in the morning the next day, more legs were sore
I even pass out while doing this exercise HAHA but, still that was fun.

I’m feeling sluggish so I thought exercise would help but even the squats are making me light-headed because I’m so tired?? My eyes and body feel heavy. I’ve eaten and drank water, slept 10 hours … what’s going on. Frustrating.
Hi everyone so I’ll try to do this workout everyday for a month. So, remind me to do it.
Weight- 68 kgs
Day 1- Done. But i only did 16 minutes because it was the first day, gradually it’ll be increased.
Day 2- Done. Guys it was really sweaty and hard too but i did 23 minutes. I know i could have done the whole it was just more 5 mins but its really hard and i was sore too. Lets see if i could do the full workout tomorrow.
Day 3- sorry guys I didn’t do today because I was very sore and I was also not feeling well. So Imma go with this tomorrow:).

It’s been a month since I started following this workout every morning. The day I had started, I could barely finish the 2nd warmup and was totally exhausted. Today is the first day that I completed the whole routine and also did the cool down! I am soooo happy!!
