    I like what Dr Hyman has to say. I’m on day 9 of quitting sugar and I’m starting to feel much better. Better than I’ve felt since I can remember.

    Wen I was growing up we were really poor and we ate healthier than naw, in a farm my parent’s feed us whatever we grew in the farm mostly vegetables eggs legumes, we grew healthy and happy

    Dairy farmers feed their cows skittles. If I were breast feeding I wouldn’t be eating skittles or other things because it goes into the breast milk. Adding skittles to a cows diet makes the milk sweet. Cows do not digest skittles any better than we do as farmers out right say.
