    But… Some lactose is bad. Took much Fat is not bad for your weight. Too much fat is bad for the heart. But, unsaturated fats are good. That’s why people LOVE avocado. Avocado has good fat. More than 29 grams of saturated fat is bad. But, trans fat is.worse. The FDA wants.to ban trans fat. So, eat your avocado with tomato,.onion, pepper, and sunflower/olive oil without worrying.

    Several years ago, a guy I knew had me to stop at one of those places that sell yogurt. So I tried it and it was good, tasted like ice cream. So I got to watching this TV show and the guy is always eating yogurt. So the other day I picked up some. It is kind of like pudding, creamy but tastes spoiled. I was watching my dog lick his butt and thought that is one way to get rid of the taste. But I am not going to that extreme.
