Thanks babe, Iβve used it for a year and you taught me a lot of new things to do. I agree you mustnβt eat back your calories. Stalled my weight loss when I did. I run and that really does burn a lot on that day so I eat back half if I feel hungry.

I actually have tried My Fitness Pal a few years ago and then I stopped using it because I fell off the bandwagon. I have since reinstalled it because I want to get my weight in check. I have seen my mom struggle with her weight and I donβt want to get huge and then not be able to get the weight off. My parents both have diabetes and I see how many medications that they are on and I donβt what to have to take medication everyday to manage it

I’ve heard so much about this app but for me it wouldn’t really work ( I assume), as I don’t have breakfast or lunch, but I think I’d also find it less hassle to just write everything down the old fashioned way ( or remember what I’ve had). Maybe it’s just me being weird π€·ββοΈ

Iβve been using MFP for years and love it too. The feature I love is the progress graph. I weigh myself everyday and itβs nice to look back over time and see the trend going down, albeit slow, but steady π

How do you know what 1 serving is if you create a recipie like how are you supposed to know

This is great π however l think the app is different for android vs iphone. I currently have an iPhone and have updated the app and it doesnβt look like this. Similar but not the same. But still a very helpful video!

I use both my fitness pal and Samsung health to track my calories, water intake, exercise, steps etc. I’m doing well so far – lost 10lb in my first month! However, how did you manage the first time you didn’t lose as much as you wanted? My loss has been a good 2-3lb for 4 weeks but on my 5th week I’ve only lost 0.8lb. It’s rather disheartening as nothing has changed foodwise and I walk an average of 20k steps a day, as well a 15-20mins daily cardio. I know not all weeks will be the same but the first time hits hard π

OMG THANK YOU FOR THISπI have been using my fitness pal for the past month and usually when I eat something itβs been just chicken breast and some steamed broccoli I finally made some shiitake noodles stir fry and I was stressing because I didnβt know how to track it so I literally only had a small portion because I didnβt wanna go over my calories thank you so much for this now I will be able to figure out how to track it I had no idea the app did this PS I LOVE YOUR PINK HAIR π

Hi, I just found your channel and your videos are so helpful. I am curious whether you chose to cut out alcohol completely when losing weight? Did you substitute different alcoholic drinks that were less calories? This would probably be the hardest for my friends and family to understand socially and I do really enjoy a glass of wine at the end of a day but OMG THE SUGAR AND CALORIES in wine! π³π

Have you read "The Starch Solution"? I know you were trying intuitive eating without calorie counting- I’m able to do that using Dr. McDougall’s strategies and focusing on low calorie density foods and starches and lost 35lbs so far since January. Thought I’d mention in case it’s a good fit for you too π love your channel! I’ve been watching for a few months now!
