    My doors are all in corners, so anyone have other anchoring ideas please ? I’m in rented accomodation so can’t put up fixed anchors.

    Hi guys! At what length do the resistance levels occur? For example, how far do I need to pull the 15 lb band to actually feel 15 pounds? This is helpful if I want to increase the resistance from, say, 15 to 17 lbs but not 20 lbs, or to start at 10 lbs and not 15 lbs. In other words, I almost feel I should get a weight scale to "calibrate" distances so that I don’t overwork a muscle. Thanks for answering!

    I was always a gym rat. Once the pandemic hit!!! I freaked out, then I said I’m gonna start using resistance bands!!! And now I’m hooked. Love them and I will never return to the gym again. BTW I’m in better shape now than I was when I was lifting weights in the gym.
    RESISTANCE BANDS RULE!!

    Those hip abductor exercises not only help the hip but can help with the knee as well. Same with the adductor ones.

    heartless ๐Ÿ’” heartfull โ™ฅ๏ธ. broken/unbroken, wise/unwise, happy/unhappy… to gain in regards to such area, quit drinking milk in being reduced to infancy. to a more extent, eat chicken in being angelical, rather than eat ruminant in being demonic. it is good to be broken, but not damaged. great vid and exercises for resistance, much appreciated and safe rather than lifting heavy weights, then having to put them down. same with push ups always injuring the back. much praise for resistance, and many thanks!

    You’ve never mentioned in any of your resistance band videos, that the bands are under tension at the start of the exercise, through the full range of motion. If you start with the band flopping about like a fish out of water, you won’t get the full (if any) benefit.

    Really great entertaining guidance on how to use resistance bands. I’ve watched a lot of clips made by a well known provider of resistance bands and they are all fast and furious and not about technique. The pace of this was just right so I could see clearly showed how to use the bands.

    Resistance bands are among the best (and least expensive) ways to be able to get a great workout at home, while mimicking most dumbbell or cable machine exercises. Everyone should have a set of these at home!๐Ÿ’ช

    These donโ€™t feel like the weight is says it is?
    The resistance is almost nothing if Iโ€™m to close and Iโ€™m not sure how far I should be and stretch them? Can someone advise?

    Can the bands be used daily? I’m starting with very poor muscle tone and my tendons in my hips and foot act up when I ride horses more than twice a week. I’ve been working with my horse for a year and would like to ride more. I average 8k-10k steps a day. I’ve rebuilt my knee strength but it seems like I’m still very weak in other areas. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.๐Ÿ™‚ Thank you!
