    for Question 6 – concentric means its lengthening to shortening, so HOW is the answer extension (lengthening)??

    REBUGG?? And can u show me what your Brain Dump would look like?
    Do you have a good acronym for other things such as, blood flow, etc?
    I ended up saying D for 1st question and hadn’t a CLUE about that 2nd question! ๐Ÿ™

    If u have anymore of those little lil rhyming stoies/songs, or similar like the one u had about Mary & Nigel and their song Larry lol, that’d be great! Coz that helped alot! If u had something similar for all the other chapters for the respiratory, lungs, etc, everything. it’d help alot.

    I failed most of the time in exam, I know that I have luck of time for study, I bit hard for me to make together my job and study…Iโ€™ll try again and again until I pass my exams..

    I found that my test hardly asked about the heart but asked about bones and muscles. I got 65 but the pass park is 70 I wonder why the pass park is so high for a level 2.

    Nice video. I did level 2 as a hobby and I am a law lecturer with a raft of university degrees in my subject. I found it really difficult and this video would have helped me. Some people think that becoming a fitness instructor is easy, but it really is not. I passed though and I still don’t understand most of it! Yet the course has proved really useful though and helped me in the gym.
