I’m starting in on testing out North American, European, and Australian only (i.e. English language only) Wii games in alphabetical order like I’ve done for a handful of other systems. I’m not entirely sure if I’ll be doing the entire library or not as it is quite the task… we’ll see!

Showing off gameplay of My Fitness Coach 2: Exercise & Nutrition for the Nintendo Wii using the Dolphin Wii / Gamecube emulator for Windows (version 5.0-12945). With Dolphin you can play the best Wii games, such as Mario Galaxy 1 and 2, The Legend of Zelda: The Twilight Princess, Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Kirby’s Return to Dream Land, New Super Mario Bros. Wii, Wii Play, and Mario Kart Wii.

PC: i7-4770 CPU, 16GB DDR3 RAM, NVIDIA GTX 970 GPU

Options – Configuration – General:

[x] DSP HLE Emulation (fast) — Sometimes I’ll use the the DSP LLE Recompiler if I experience audio issues with HLE

Options – Graphics Settings – General:
Backend: Direct3D 12 — I’ll sometimes test out OpenGL if D3D has issues (or if the Dolphin Wiki recommends it)
[x] V-Sync
[x] Synchronous or Synchronous (Ubershaders) — The ubershaders option provides for better performance on high end machines. I sometimes use it, but a lot of the time I’ll just stick with the default Synchronous option.

Anti-Aliasing: None
Anisotropic Filtering: 1x (unless otherwise noted on the Dolphin Wiki for a particular game)

Options – Graphics Settings – Hacks:
[x] Ignore Format Changes
[x] Store EFB Copies to Texture Only
Some games will need Skip EFB Access from CPU, but it can also break others. Check the Dolphin Wiki on a per-game basis.

I get some wierd graphic glitches in this game. The menu and some of the text is broken.

This exercising game works great on the Dolphin emulator (unlike the first "My Fitness Coach" game that I did not do a video of because it getting throwing up GPU sync errors). The only issue I noticed with this game was the trainer videos have those odd/random horizontal lines that some videos tend to have in games when using the Dolphin emulator.
