Sunny Health & Fitness SF B1002 Cycling Bike Overview and Review

See our full review here – https://www.topfitnessmag.com/indoor-bike-reviews/sunny-sf-b1002c-indoor-bike/ In this video we review the Sunny Health & Fitness SF B1002 Indoor Bike.

A great-looking and solidly-built indoor cycle with smooth operation, the Sunny SF-B1002 Indoor Cycling Bike is solid, reliable piece of fitness equipment. The SF-B1002 has a heavy 49-lb flywheel that gives it a realistic road riding momentum and stability. It also has the nice accessories that make using the indoor bike easier such as fully adjustable seat and handlebars, a bottle holder, and wheels for transporting the bike around.

The indoor bike is also low maintenance and rust resistant with a heavy-duty crank. It should last for a long time with little upkeep. Resistance is easy to adjust with the knob, and a press-down emergency brake stops the flywheel instantly.

Let us know if you would like a comparison of the Sunny SF-B1002 vs the Sunny Health & Fitness SF-B901 Pro Indoor Cycling Bike or the SF-B1110. We would love your feedback!

Top Fitness Magazine

Top Fitness Magazine

Hi, and welcome to Top Fitness Magazine. I started Top Fitness as an online-based magazine for people who love feeling and being healthy. Fitness has always been a passion of mine, and I wanted a way to share quality knowledge with a community of people who understand the value of health and want to know how to implement it into their lives in a practical way.

What’s unique about Top Fitness is our real-world approach to health, fitness, and nutrition. There seems to be a lack of information that takes into consideration real research, affordable diet options, smart workouts, etc. If your exercise equipment or your workout routine aren’t lining up with your life, you’re not going to experience the benefits – because you won’t be doing the work.

At Top Fitness, we aim to fill that gap with up-to-the-minute data that you can use now to improve your life. You shouldn’t have to conform to the workout, the workout should conform to you.

Thanks for joining us for this Sunny Health & Fitness SF B1002C Cycling Bike Overview and Review

  2. Alexandra Bimonte on July 2, 2021 at 2:30 am

Any tips for decreasing the whistling/whirring sound? Thanks!!

  3. ventures1 on July 2, 2021 at 2:31 am

Over 4000 miles on this specific model and still going strong. I use this for an off season rental and box this up with ease every May. I rigged my wahoo cadence and speed up and works fine. I’m 6’3” 215 lbs. I highly recommend this bike

  4. Jim Kelly on July 2, 2021 at 2:33 am

This is a video on more how not to ride a bike. The rider is scrunched on the bike. Legs are supposed to be straight, or nearly so, on the down stroke for comfort and power. It looks like an adult riding a child’s bike.

  5. Daniel Thomas on July 2, 2021 at 2:33 am

Idk we got ours in the mail and had a clicking sound and feeling coming out of the chain area as I pedal. Kinda disappointing.

    it is not quiet

  11. Nathan M. on July 2, 2021 at 2:43 am

Yes, how tall are you? I am 6’ 3” also. Your legs don’t seem to fully extend which makes me think the bike isn’t great for tall people.

  12. washanda washington on July 2, 2021 at 2:45 am

Comparing different bikes. There’s some good cheap ones out there, but I think you might of sold me on this one with those reflectors 3:05! I tend to ride in the slow lane of my living room, but you just never know! Safety first!!! 🤣 Thanks!

  13. Brandon on July 2, 2021 at 2:46 am

Can you do high intensity interval training on one of these bikes? Can you reach your maximum heart rate where you are completely out of breath? Thank you.

  14. J B on July 2, 2021 at 2:46 am

Thank you for the review. I was wondering if the bike makes your carpet/floor vibrate?

  15. Andrew Burhans on July 2, 2021 at 2:46 am

Same question as other person: How tall are you? I’m 6’3” and wondering if this bike will work for me.

  16. artiepanimal on July 2, 2021 at 2:46 am

    Seat is too low

  17. MonelloSavutano on July 2, 2021 at 2:47 am

  21. Althea Beckford on July 2, 2021 at 2:54 am

    Just bought this today

  22. Steven R on July 2, 2021 at 2:56 am

Make this bike nearly silent by sticking a piece of felt under the leather pad. I don’t know why they didn’t use felt in the first place.

  23. Jorge C. on July 2, 2021 at 2:56 am

    Thx, will get this one.

  24. Anne Ann on July 2, 2021 at 2:57 am

What’s the difference between this model SF B1002 and the SF B1002/c ? Thank you.

  25. Robert on July 2, 2021 at 2:58 am

Great review. I purchased based on your recommendation. Keep up the great work.

  26. G Camacho on July 2, 2021 at 2:58 am

Thank you ! it helped me a lot to decide which one to purchase

  27. Shelly Marstall on July 2, 2021 at 2:59 am

Have you had any trouble with a loud noise coming from the bike when you increase the resistance? I’ve tried oiling the pad with no luck decreasing the sound.

  28. Mel K on July 2, 2021 at 2:59 am

I just ordered this earlier today – review helped solidify decision – thanks!

  29. brian bui on July 2, 2021 at 3:01 am

What can I buy to mount my iPhone on there?

  30. MobileDecay on July 2, 2021 at 3:01 am

Coca cola is gonna sue. Lol.

  31. Cube Hire on July 2, 2021 at 3:03 am

Excellent review thank you. I am unsure how long this bike will last as it is among the most inexpensive exercise bikes you can purchase. Lots of people have had problems with this bike. Most people like it from the reviews I have read despite its problems. I wanted a Schwinn IC4 but they are sold out as everyone is spinning at home because of the national emergency. It is a strong contender for my exercise bike purchase. It is a 600$ jump up to the Bowflex 6. The Bowflex is essentially a Schwinn C4 except the Bowflex price has kept them in available Bowflex’ s inventory.

Just ordered sunny health treadmill sft7603 $329., but looking at their brand here, you seem happy with this particular model/brand and looks good.that’s a good sign..i did get because of the popularity of the brand on amazon/YouTube

  33. pedrodkuhn on July 2, 2021 at 3:08 am

Poor bike for your knees –> Q factor 190mm 😫😣😖🤮🥴

  34. Saladbar 906 on July 2, 2021 at 3:09 am

    How tall are you?

  35. Gary Vaughan on July 2, 2021 at 3:15 am

How have you found that this bike rides on carpet? I bought this bike and a mat for it, but I’m unsure how it rides on carpet. I’m putting it in an extra bedroom that I"m turning in to a workout room, but I have the equipment on mats.

  36. AbsoluteMdot on July 2, 2021 at 3:15 am

Thinking about getting one of these. I don’t want to spend a ton of money on a Peleton

  37. Steve Barrientos on July 2, 2021 at 3:15 am

Just bought it today . Thank you

  38. A B on July 2, 2021 at 3:20 am

  39. John Smalls on July 2, 2021 at 3:21 am

I’m trying to decide on sf b1002 or sf b1805 is it worth the extra $200

  42. Michael Zerda on July 2, 2021 at 3:24 am

Great review! It looks like tour legs aren’t fully straightened. Was there still room left to move up the handlebars and seat?

  43. Naiyo on July 2, 2021 at 3:27 am

Now is this the review I was looking for.

  44. Jonathan Mebane on July 2, 2021 at 3:28 am

Can’t get the left pedal to install. Is this a known problem. The right one went in perfect
