    Very informative…
    Sir ,i wanted to ask something… Its a general question not related to any specific field..
    Do certificates decide my ability?
    I mean if i don’t have any but my degree and skills as well as good knowledge so will it matter?
    Now a days as u know that there is quarantine so all the institutes are closed… everything is running online…online classes online exams… similarly we have online webinars… certificates are also provided online..
    Do they matter??? If somehow i don’t get certificates..will i be eligible to get a good job in future??
    Please reply to my that question sir… I’ll be so thankful to you.
