    I think the body absorbs what ever you give it and too much of a mineral can cause serious consequences like sugar for example too little can cause deficiencies aiming for the daily recommended dosage rather then suffercating it expecting it to not to absorb any more but in reality too much causes diseases like diabetes etc.. nutrition is like making the perfect cup of tea the right amount of ingredients are key 1,2,3,4 teaspoons of sugar is acceptable but 30 teaspoons is too much aim as close as you can to your daily recommended intake of vitamins and minerals and you will be on your way to a much healthier life trust

    morton salt is poison please stop recommending it–do your research on unrefined Redmond or Celtic salt
