Avocados nuts olives? The reversal of heart disease and diabetes does NOT happen nor reversal of high blood pressure. And if you have studies of Ornish and Esselstyn that had such amazing results..why do you need so many more studies? I think this person’s advice is fine for the young but very harmful for older people all of whom have some endothelial damage

I worry about the effect Fructose from fruit has for weight gain. I know fiber lessens the effect but the liver readily converts the fructose right into fat. Scientists believe this is a natural situation the human body has been using to fatten up for the past 2 million years to survive the long winters when food was scarce. The other issue is that fruit is now bigger and sweeter than just 50 years ago, putting way too much sugar in the body.

Chuck you are not helping the plant-based cause by being so pale. Is that makeup? Get a better makeup artist.

I think a doctor ought to know where the pyloric sphincter is located…and it’s not between the stomach and esophagus😉

Great video! We are both in our 80’s and are all about healthy aging. Getting older does have to mean getting sicker. We still strive for a strong body, a calm mind, & a positive outlook. Plant-based for years. Thanks!
