    Probably have a heart attack today ,but have been consistently training 5 yrs since 48 yrs so glad I did I can c me going into my 60 s being pretty fit really feel great ,key points 1 ) consistency,not intensity ,just get into the habit (but speak to a professional) 2) variety don’t just do one sport but mix it makes it more fun ,and not just high impact running

    78 years old I chug in the sand for 2 hours everyday at Lydgate Park you can build a figure 8 in your backyard give yourself a path to Ft wide 10in deep dig out the dirt poor sand into the trench get yourself a stick and run with it now oxygenate 6270 breaths per minute while you’re chugging in the sand I am the real deal

    My house has 2 staircases. I walk down one staircase and move across the house to the other one and then walk up that staircase. I normally do brisk walking because I can’t stand walking too slowly. I do this for 10 minutes… and in the future, I may move that up a notch to 20 minutes or 30 minutes everyday.

    I am also controlling my diet.

    Hope I achieve a slimmer body, so I can look my best — better than I have ever looked in my younger years. Maybe someday I will get abs!!!

    I’m seventy-eight years old why would I want to run a marathon when all you have to maintain is Trucking in the sand everyday for 1 hour in your backyard in the sauce and with your Wi-Fi music on George Winston and oxygenate all you have to do is do 60-70 breast per minute deep strong breathing none of that make-believe stuff yoga people forget them they can’t even dig a ditch

    Learn to oxygenate and jogging this and drive out of Figure 8 in your backyard now running the sand for 2 hours I’m seventy-eight years old I live on Kauai and I can oxygen 870 breast per minute for 1 hour 4000 breasts in 1 hour learning to oxygenate is the key essential otherwise everything you do physically is short-lived learn to take oxygen it it’s not hyperventilating it’s just it’s they lied to you

    Before you exercise learn to oxygenate 60 breaths per minute for 1 hour chugging in the sand never been done it’s never been built millions of swimming pools not one place has been put into play for you and fiery or creatures to experience what it feels like to be a person running bare feet in the sand everyday for 2 hours 7000 nerve endings connected to Mother Earth you people are a disgrace and may God have mercy on your soul and stuff eating all the garbage food you put into your body show some self-respect to yourself and take pride learn to oxygenate otherwise shot up
