I love that this video falls on shabbat. The Hebrew word ruach is frequently translated as "breathe" or "spirit". Thinking about that throughout this fantastic way of bringing peace and rest to shabbat.

Another wonderful class at this time of pandemic recurrence. Great exercise to forget what is outside this room. Thanks Adriene.

Adrienne you are so talented and make me feel calm during your yoga. I am so grateful to have found free quality yoga. You amaze me in your flow in yoga, the way you can always remember to breath, and your wit that can always crack a smile during yoga. Thank you.

  10. Pooya Valinataj on October 4, 2021 at 8:29 am

This session got heated close to the end. I was not able to do fully the head pulses while the legs were up high. But I sweat nicely. Grateful.

    😌Cultivate Day 21🥵
I felt really tired during this practice so, in true Find What Feels Good fashion, I took a low intensity version to near all the poses! I couldn’t even sit up in Sukhasana because my abs were so sore! I had to begin the practice laying down! Thank you to the 400 people practicing with me in real time! Namaste🙏❤️💫

  13. Janet Cushing on October 4, 2021 at 8:33 am

This is just what I needed to start my day! I love the idea of breath as spirit. Thank you!

  14. Pamela Brizzola on October 4, 2021 at 8:35 am

Did you say "stira" at a certain point? I mean the Italian word for "stretch". 🙏

  15. Deb Sue on October 4, 2021 at 8:36 am

You are such a positive presence in my everyday life, and though I’ve seen many of these videos a number of times they feel new and here when I do them. Thank you for sharing your generous spirit with us, Adriene

  16. Leighann L on October 4, 2021 at 8:37 am

Loved today’s practice! I can feel my strength and endurance increasing, but still get a shake during some poses or if they are repeated. When a workout like yoga becomes something you love it makes things so much more enjoyable!

Thank you so so very much Adriene! Thanks to your inspiration and wonderful teaching. I have committed to a regular, mostly daily home yoga practise for over two years and its thanks to you and your programmes. I have noticed a difference physically for sure (i was rocking the core today, something that i used to dread and hate but now do with a smile on my face!) but for me its been about connecting with my spirit and my breath (so this practise was spot on!) and how its carried off my mat into my consciousness, the way i treat others, deal with my emotions and being able to observe my actions and reactions on a daily basis. I thank you in my ‘gratitude practise’ i have at the end of every session in shavasana / meditation; you are in a star studded line up of the tools of yoga, the Universe and Spirit 😀 So so much love to you and gratitude, keep up the amazing work sis*star, you inspire so so many people. Arohanui (lots of love and community) from Aotearoa! (New Zealand) Please come visit here someday! I live in the paradise world of Wanaka and you would be a welcome guest anytime 🙂 xxx

Day 21 complete my sister and I liked this one.

  30. Public Email on October 4, 2021 at 8:50 am

Man, I have yet to complete one of her videos because 40% of every video is her talking. 12 minutes into this video and all that’s happened is two poses. It’s a good thing we’re not paying. Taking a nap is more of a challenge than this video.

  31. Sus Sus on October 4, 2021 at 8:51 am

21 days already? This one was so calming and relaxing despite being a hard practise.

Perfect practice for me this morning! Thank you ! 💗

  36. Magnolia V on October 4, 2021 at 8:55 am

After practicing with this video several times in my years of YWA I know to totally trust it when it’s on the calendar. Now, this Saturday August 21, 2021, I noticed that I could access new territory of myself because of the foundation of trust for this specific video. I didn’t foresee that and am grateful for the growth with you all. Cheers Cultivators!

Hi everyone in Cultivate. This was challenging and yet refreshing. And I totally believe breath=spirit. It’s so life-affirming! 🙏❤️

  44. Ije Adaeze on October 4, 2021 at 9:06 am

    Awesome. I’m perspiring.

  45. Sharon Robsky on October 4, 2021 at 9:06 am

I struggled with the introduction because actively trying to lose weight isn’t good for my mental health. But I have come to appreciate the strength building postures because after doing YWA for 117 days straight I find that I often surprise myself with how strong my muscles have become.

Some days are harder than other to commit coming to our mat. Today was one of those days and reading yours difficulties made me feel like we are indeed a union. Even if you made it half way through its still a win.

  48. Tyler Atkinson on October 4, 2021 at 9:11 am

Cultivate day 21! Well done everyone for getting this far ☺️ I remember doing this routine a few months ago and how difficult I found it (especially the hip dips!) but now after doing yoga as often as possible I was able to follow along with Adriene and not take any extra breaks. I’m feeling stronger and so much happier and I thank you Adriene, namaste ❤️

  49. Alessia Cucit on October 4, 2021 at 9:11 am

Awesome for Strength, Stretch and Splits!!! It’s not so hard to do.
    Done in these days:
    -20th August 2021: ❌ (I’m not feeling good today)
    -24th August 2021: ✅ (I recovered the lesson I missed on the 20/08/21)

  50. Erika Borsari on October 4, 2021 at 9:12 am

I loved the part of the surrendering, I got emotional because I’m grateful. Thank you, Adriene. I love you.
