So here it is guys. As teased yesterday, I can officially unveil that the Brand New Zeus Fitness program is Zeus Burn.
Zeus Burn will officially be available from this Sunday 8th August 2021
It really is not to be missed. Brand new cardio , brand new combinations , brand new resistance and a brand new you.
Burn will incorporate a mixture of Plyometric Combination Cardio training and maximum calorie burn in minimal time
And unique and innovative Resistance Band exercises targeting every muscle group in the body to leave you fitter , stronger and in the best shape you have ever been
I had so much fun making this program and know anyone who tries it, will absolutely love it.
Beauty with burn also is that you can do it absolutely anywhere. I recently took a week long staycation and was cranking out the Burn workouts on my trip

Ha! Love the Terminator music.. I have resistance bands, three actually. They range from light, medium and heavy resistance. So starting with the Light resistance, I have nothing to loop it around, except for my lounge. My door handles are all knobs, round knobs, small round knobs.. I am terrified the thing is going to rebound into my eye.. So loop it around the lounge chair or 3 seater.. the LIGHT band vs the furniture.. guess which one moves, I’ll give you a hint. Its not the resistance band.. I end up dragging my furniture out.
Who would of thought that something so simple could be so complicated.. I can stand on the bands, they dont move me. but this limits the exercises I can do with them.. Also this Light band is so hard.. I wonder if it was mislabeled in the shop. I had a Reebok one that someone borrowed and never returned and I could actually use that one.. Where are you Reebok Resistance Band, I miss you. Come home soon.
