I’ve been taking prednisolone for 4 years because of arthrit rheumatoid and have gained 20 kg since. Can’t seem able to lose weight. I fasted for 5 months but I only lost 4 kg. And it stopped at that. I’m now trying no carb diet. I hope it works.
How come everyone I’ve seen after they’ve done Keto looks like they are suffering from cancer? They look unhealthy! Their skin tone etc is awful.

i was raised in a middle eastern family so main food on the table was always either rice, potatoes, pasta and BREAD accompanied by some sort of protein… I have started my lifestyle change at the end of January 2023 and it has been hard, very hard to eliminate or lessen the amount of carbs. I am still having carbs but nowhere near the amount I used to have. I have started IF for 2 weeks now and doing 16/8 or 8/6 plus some home workouts, I have lost 12kg in just over 2 months. I feel much better and much more energetic. Thank you so much for these amazing life changing videos. ❤
I’m diabetic and trying to sort through all of this and find something that works is just impossible. There’s no answer to this and its’ very frustrating
So what should I eat in the last category ideal LCHF/paleo/IF?
Starting at a modest 220 pounds 5 weeks ago, I got back into my weight training and went on a huge diet, cut calories, high protein low carb (other than veg) and no sugar.
I’ve lost the best part of 20 pounds which sounds great. But why am I still craving sweets and chocolate! Some days I literally can’t stop thinking about it lol
Fast for 48 hours between three to four times a week, and eat one meal a day or fast for 24 hours when you’re not able to make it for the full 48 hours of fasting. Eat healthy Whole Foods, ( no juices and no smoothies) foods like vegetables and rice with fruit, eat raw vegetables salads once or twice a week with your meals and light exercise like walking 30 minutes several times a week, problem is solved
Just found this channel. Where do we find the ideal keto/paleo/ IF diet? Is there another video or do we piece together from all 500+ videos or is there a site to go to or is it through joining? Do I develop my own diet or is there a starting point/guide that heads me off in a good direction?

You explained Hypoglycemia well. That was my problem growing up. The doctor told me I was on the border of becoming a Type 2 diabetic. Little did I know at the time that it was from all the sweets and refined carbs I craved. Now I’m a 59 year old woman who watches all my carbs. The menopausal weight gain of 30 pounds has been a big struggle.

The only secret is consistency, people don’t get results and get upset eventually giving up because it takes time and effort. Nowadays everyone wants the miracle crush diet that solves a lifetime of mistakes just in time for summer. It’s all about consistency and a good knowledge of what is good and what isn’t. At first it seems to be a sacrifice, considering all the alternatives, but in the long run you enjoy it and even when you want “ cheat “ once in a while it doesn’t affect your results.

Hello Dr Health Champion, I’m very pleased to have stumbled upon your channel where I just spent a couple of hours watching a few videos which fully answered some very important questions that have been on my mind for a while, thus confirming my intuitions.
This will greatly stimulate me to continue in the right direction; I opted for a combination of the "Med diet" which I was born and grew up with (more of an olive man than a butter one… and certainly no margarine) with the intermittent fasting, which I’m now accustomed to, since I’ve been practicing it for the last few years, a matter of eliminating the toxins.
I do give, and will continue to give all you videos thumbs up, but I’m sorry for not subscribing, I never do with any channel out of principle.

I think the problem is with all the modified foods & all the non food additives. You always have to be hungry & miserable & you may STILL not lose because you need to detox stored non food toxic poison. Those aren’t burnable fats.
Had some progress with this lately. First my pants started to be able to pull up past the belly but the pants were tight and could feel some pain in my kidneys after a time. Then the pants started to be able to pull up past my belly easily and held there ok comfortably. Then now it is getting near the stage where I will need a belt. this happened within 3 months. Actually probably less because when I first started trying to change my diet I didn’t know what I was doing, just didn’t have the information but cut my meals down to smaller and also started to cut the carbs and sugars. So really it is only around 2 months by the time I got the diet sorted with this type of information. I look down at my belly now and can see it really is changing shape, the blubble is getting smaller for sure. I tend to think this takes longer than expected even longer than 3 months. It is a long term thing, no easy fix. Glad to be able to comment on this because I need to vent about it and this is helping me get over the Judas doctors who do not do any doctoring. Things are really shaping up, glad this happened before it got really bad, it was bad enough. I met someone who has to go into hospital to go on a machine each week for a time because of liver damage. I think I sorted out a good regular diet but am wanting to learn as much as I can, these things are more expensive than pasta and rice but I am way less hungry than I was on carbs and no cravings now. I just don’t get hungry and meals are much smaller so it turns out to be ok on the dudget.

so how come Asian people who eat tons and tons of white rice like Chinese, Japanese and Koreans can be skinny on high carb diet? No one explains that fact!
How about after 3 cesarean sections? Never been able to reduce belly!
You might have covered this somewhere…. But … do you recommend taking supplements during fasting. I.e. I take vitamin D with K CoQ10 and vitamin B. I am 65 years old, I have osteoporosis and sometimes fast for 3 days plus at times.
It is impossible to cut out carb’s. So so difficult

If you do number 7 and also exercise you’ll become shredded and lose fat quickly. That’s my choice of lifestyle when I’m ready to get in shape. Unfortunately I yo yo because I don’t enjoy my foods when I’m on #7. I’m researching seasonings and other things to make my food less boring.

I tried Keto, but couldn’t lose – even with the intermittent fasting. So, I mixed-up different ways that you discussed, and lost 20 lbs. My problem began when I reached Full menopause. Then I had neurological problems due to an old trauma I had, a little over 20 years ago. Unfortunately, I gained all of that weight back. Now, I’m planning to start my plan again. I have Hypothyroid, and found that a lot of exercise does not work.
The Keto diet calls for a lot of Almond flour and dairy. These foods were not working for me. I just couldn’t lose weight. So, I started trying different things – like OMAD, and on occasion, a 2-3 day fast, incorporating some carbs(other than vegetables), and watched my calorie intake. The lbs started coming off. But, like you said, most are not consistent, and have a lower metabolism. I found that even though I did all these things, the weight will come back, if I am not consistent. Do you have any suggestions for someone with Hypothyroidism? Thank you so much for these videos. They have been extremly helpful.
