This is one-hour low impact walking workout you can do while binge watching your favorite netflix or tv show! In just 60 minutes, you will be taking roughly 6,400 steps burning +/- 400 calroies!!

This workout has no background music, only countdown and timer sound so you can follow along 😌
So grab that water bottle and have it nearby because you will likely need tons of hydration for this workout especially and put on your favorite binge-worthy show and workout with me!!
