WALK WITH ME!!

This is one-hour low impact walking workout you can do while binge watching your favorite netflix or tv show! In just 60 minutes, you will be taking roughly 6,400 steps burning +/- 400 calroies!!

If you just had a huge meal and in need to burn that extra calories you just consumed, you are in the right place as this exercise will do just that!! πŸ’¦πŸ’¦

This workout has no background music, only countdown and timer sound so you can follow along 😌

So grab that water bottle and have it nearby because you will likely need tons of hydration for this workout especially and put on your favorite binge-worthy show and workout with me!!

    I have been doing it constantly for 2 weeks every day and now loosing 1,2 kg, it is the best and fun way doing exercise, especially in the morning when my kids still asleep. Thanks for upload the video

    I am doing this workout while playing my phone games.
    Definitely doable! one leg squat and knee (around 11th minute) is the most challenging for me.
