This is one-hour low impact walking workout you can do while binge watching your favorite netflix or tv show! In just 60 minutes, you will be taking roughly 6,400 steps burning +/- 400 calroies!!

This workout has no background music, only countdown and timer sound so you can follow along π

I have been doing it constantly for 2 weeks every day and now loosing 1,2 kg, it is the best and fun way doing exercise, especially in the morning when my kids still asleep. Thanks for upload the video

Definitely doable! one leg squat and knee (around 11th minute) is the most challenging for me.
