Could a childhood trauma (to the chest) which caused me to stop breathing momentarily cause long term damage?

I fell from a swing in the park (from a high position) and was only saved due to a stranger ( A female doctor) I owe my life to her.

My uncle went to the ER several times had EKGs and nothing but then later had one and he stayed home thinking another false alarm

EKGs only tell if youre having one NOW or did
Emergency rooms imo rely too much on EKGs

  12. A on June 15, 2022 at 11:53 pm

What’s the conclusion? If we can’t do pushups for a minute, is there a risk of heart disease?

  25. honky tonk on June 16, 2022 at 12:03 am

Ok if you’re fat you won’t do a lot of those push ups.So why not just look at the belly fat?

  26. pussyhammer69 on June 16, 2022 at 12:03 am

There’s a difference between correlation and causation, the guys who could do a lot of pushups were probably more health-conscious overall. Also he’s also only going halfway down.

  27. Joseph Heiselmann on June 16, 2022 at 12:04 am

    J

  28. Jillian on June 16, 2022 at 12:06 am

How does the study relate women since we don’t naturally have the upper body mass? I mean I pushed out four children does that count? Is there an equivalent exercise like jumping jacks or jump rope?

  29. Abhinav Kumar singh on June 16, 2022 at 12:07 am

In teens years I was able to 70 pushups in a go, now 53 years old and survived my second heartattack last year.

Can we do it with disc problm

  41. Yash Chand on June 16, 2022 at 12:30 am

Sorry but those are not push ups. The correct way to do push ups is to bring your chest down all the way to the floor .
You must also keep your body in straight line by engaging your core muscles. In this video your body is curved downwards. Also try to keep your head straight to avoid injuries.

  42. EPIC JEWELRY AND GEMSTONES on June 16, 2022 at 12:31 am

Those are half push ups, a legit push up chest is supposed to just about touch the ground!

  43. Miss Sincere on June 16, 2022 at 12:31 am

    I didn’t know Stroke was a cardiovascular 🫀 disease. 😭😢🥲

  44. Billy The Kidder on June 16, 2022 at 12:33 am

  47. Rick McGhee on June 16, 2022 at 12:35 am

    90 degree them elbows.

  48. D C on June 16, 2022 at 12:36 am

    Summary:
More than 40 pushups in a minute = virtually zero risk of heart attack.
Less than 10 and ure in trouble.

  49. Mohit Tyagi on June 16, 2022 at 12:36 am

I think it’s about practice .. not related to heart

  50. A on June 16, 2022 at 12:39 am

Would the same role apply to a woman? Would she have to do the full military push-up? Or could she be on her knees? I did 53 in one minute on my knees? I’m 60 years old. Is there a different amount of sit ups in a minute for women? Thank you.
