I found this in 2022 please don’t do it on a bed you will hurt your toe doing mountain climbers I did and now I’m in pain ok please don’t do it on a bed not at less your laying upwards don’t lay sideways doing mountain climbers

Can we actually lose weight and be lean with this exercise if I do this for 2-3 times a week for a start? Gradually increase it to daily frequency as I get used to the exercises?
Doing the exercises is not the issue, Iโve been skinny but very lean my whole life. What dietary suggestions do you have for a 25 year old who struggles with this? Iโm working on building my size up

I am 99 years old, is this exercise right for me?
3rd day in a row doing this, is it hard absolutely, but due to how thin I am, i am seeing improvements (Although really small ones) and its keeping me motivated, goal is to at least keep doing these once a day (Maybe twice when my body is able to) for at least a month โจ

I feel comfortable here to say that the reason Iโm doing this is to be better then who I currently am and look better instead of being skinny and being honest itโs also to have confidence

Hey there! If you are reading this comment in search for any good words or thrills for working out, then I can tell you what this workout really does. So Iโve been doing this for 4 weeks and 2 day and yes my body changed by a lot. First my biceps an triceps did grow by now, not that significant though. But my abs! They showed up roghly after one week and started to form. Yet after like 30 workouts (every day one) I do have a sixpack. I did not take any body building shakes but tried to eat a banana every day lmao. Thatโs everything I did and my body changed by a lot. Iโm proud that I am still doing it and I know you can do it too! Do what you wanna do, if you want to stop then go ahead and do it. But if you really want to change yourself, then give your best!
