    I did Bootcamp-Crossfit for a year at age 55 and we had 4 young male instructors who were just awesome. Then the young white females invaded the class. All of us older white males could feel the hate. The young female’s egos would not accept that an older white male could outperform them. We all left the class. I workout in my basement gym.

    I own a group exercise studio. Yoga and hiit classes. It’s a great place for the masses who desperately need exercise and a sense of community. Lots more pros than cons to group exercise. Simplicity is the key to exerciss selection. Random acts of variety never work. Systems work. Simple systems taught by positive people is the key to success . Bycyoga.com
