You will definitely sweat and most likely struggle during those 15 minutes .. but that’s alright. Just don’t quit.
But this killer workout burns a lot of calories – and that’s what we need sometimes, right?
▸ In those 15min, you will burn anything between 80-150kcal, depending on your weight, height and fitness level.

No Equipment necessary and not much space needed 🙂 If you need more breaks – TAKE THEM! Don’t worry too much about that. You will improve over time 🙂 that’s the best feeling!
The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise.

A 15 minute workout is a lot harder than it sounds. I was barely able to do half but im coming from a background of being out of shape for almost 4 years and trying to get in shape again for my health. Im just glad how much I was able to do, with more practice and training, I will be able to finish this whole tutorial and laugh at myself thinking it was hard.

Starting to do this workout for a week!

Starting weight:54kg
Goal:47-48
DAY 1:✅This is one of the most intense workout ive ever done. Almost died after the first 3 seconds, but at least I finished after taking a break every 5 min.
DAY 2:❌only did like 3 min cause it was so late in the night, but its ok cause I went outside the whole day.
DAY 3:✅Really glad that I did it, for some reson its harder today. Starting school tommorrow really exited!

i want to do this for two weeks and there’s only a week left for my school to start. i’m going to do this workout everyday and on the rest days if i don’t do this, i’ll walk 3 miles. i weigh 47kgs and i’m 157cm tall. i want to become strong and lean, my main goal is to loose fat. i’ll graduate this year so i’ll be having hard times but i still want to look good 😕

I almost slid off the floor with the last plank since the floor is tiled. Such a good burn 😭
I’m 4 weeks postpartum and NEEDED to get moving. First workout in 11months and I’m shaking (literally, my muscles are weak) lol. Only had to modify jumping jacks (don’t wanna lose my uterus) and jack knife for my weak core 🥰
First day, I did only 5 minutes. Second day, I did ten. Third day, I did 15. I was sweating the Niagara after 5 minutes. But I think this hiit workout is worth the time and effort. Also combining it with my other workouts like kickboxing
I actually did this for about 7 weeks at the beginning of the pandemic (May 2020 – June 2020) and lost few inches and just overall felt amazing! I’m just now commenting because I want to get back into a routine and start doing this workout video again! Thnxxx! 🙂
