Do you have a bar that has stuff inside because my eyeball is really heavy because he has stuff inside and it’s making my leg hurt but you don’t have one of those balls well I don’t know if you have one of those balls but I have a bar that has heavy stuff inside of it so it hurts my legs but you’re doing great because you have a microphone so I can hear you other people they don’t have microphone so I can’t hear them .

This is NOT suitable for beginners. Not safe for seniors unless you are in perfectly fit condition. Great workout for flexible people.

Jordon, great workout but you need to tell us what muscles we will be hitting with each exercise. Yes, i’ts all core but you should be more specific as to what are the major and minor muscles we are hitting. Thanks again.

Just in case someone has lower back problems like me please be aware my Orthopedic Surgeon told me i should NEVER lift both legs up at once….it really puts pressure on the back. Mostly great exercises, but I’d appreciate some warnings. Thanks!
