    I did this… And I’m crying.. realising how stiff my body is. I had hard time switching the moves + some moves though they are super basic .. really gave me a hard time 🤧🤧🤧🤧🤧

    I started doing this workout 9 February 2022. I broke up with my boyfriend of 2 years in November 2021. The past few months have been hard but on 9 February 2022 he let me know that he was seeing someone else. I was devasted. I cried but also set out a plan to get myself out of the depression I was in for the past few months. I remember crying while doing this workout the first 3 days, not because I struggled doing the workout by because of what the instructor was saying during the workout, she spoke to my soul. I have been doing this everyday since then. Today I saw pictures of my ex and new his lady celebrating her birthday, doing things we used to do and believe me I balled my eyes out while doing todays workout. It will get better though, I know. I will get over him eventually.

    i started doing this at the start of quarantine it wasn’t as fun as it is now. i did it today and i felt good while doing it. i think it’s because i’ve lost weight between then and now

    I love this workout and have been coming back to it for years, but the increase in midroll ads really ruin it. Having to sit through like six ads and wait to skip them in the middle of the dance is so frustrating. 🙁

    The pace is doable, even for someone like me who doesn’t dance in front of people, and wants to loose weight. I actually ordered some dance DVDs from someone, but then I tried to learn and it’s still too fast. So I just found your channel by typing in: slow dance workout choreography, lol.
