    I turned this off. The fact she was totally able to talk through this was totally unmotivating cuz I had to stop at the jumping jacks lol

    Omg woman you almost killed me.of course I am doing this after another workout because I like to jump a little every day if I can weather I utilize it throughout my catdio workouts or after a strength workout.so much better for me knees. Thank God I only did light recovery and stretch over the weekend but now it is start kf the week and time to push hard again

    Uuuuugh that "toning" is rough but damn. This really is a great workout. I have done it just 4 days a week and have noticed a huge difference!

    Fast transitions between moves – wish it was a bit slower transitions and on the trampoline the whole time – will revisit it tho and see how I do a second time.

    This workout truly makes you sweat! 💪 I recently purchased my mini trampoline and didn’t know what workouts to do with it. I found this video and decided to give it a shot, and OMG 😲 I was sweating like crazy! I know for sure I will lose weight by this workout!!!

    I love the first 8 minutes, the jumping and squatting. I wish it were more of that. This is the best trampoline workout on YouTube. Wish she would do more.

    This is my first rebound workout and I was drenched with sweat omg amazing workout!!! I love that there is no music and she is straight to the point, I do cardio, a little strength training, I really switch it up so I don’t get bored, this is perfect before work because anyone can squeeze in 15 minutes!! This is my go to for now on when I don’t have a hour to walk, thank you so much for this video!!!❤️
