Most people can do this workout everyday with no problems but check with your doctor if you have any questions, concerns, or special circumstances.
Always warm up for 2-3 minutes before doing ANY workout. Here’s a good multi-purpose warm up that most people can easily do.
20 sec jumping jacks

Could you make a workout video that burns 200-300 calories and btw I’m new
Any of the true fitness guru, weightlifter and other serious trainers do not do planks. No workout gives abs. Abs are made in kitchen aka your body fat % has to be so low that your abs show. No plank gives you one. You need weights to lose fat quicker.

Everyone always says don’t check your weight…I’ve checked mine pretty much every day for almost 2 years and I haven’t gone crazy. I know it’s mostly water weight change, but checking the scale daily holds me accountable in a way.

That part about the hair… I wished I had THAT problem! I had to cut it because I sweat a lot on the head and all my hair gets completely wet. That’s a real problem! I don’t check on the scale. If I did, I would have stopped trying to lose weight some time ago, because I haven’t lost a gram for many days and I lose so slowly it’s depressing despite of the fasting, diet and exercise I do every day. I have lost only 1,5 kg in 5 weeks!!! This is not normal! I needed to lose 20 kg by the end of the summer, which will actually never happen… And the reason why I need to lose before autumn is that I lose weight only because of intermittant fasting, which I won’t be able to continue doing since I need my brain to work for study. Me eating clean food only (I don’t like sugar anyway and now I don’t eat pasta, rice, potatoes anymore) and doing exercise alone won’t work ever in my life. I don’t lose anything…
