Im pregnant suffering with severe fluid retention and constipation which is adding lots of pounds to my already petite but obese frame. I can barely walk or stand for even a few minutes. I am hoping by doing these kind of work outs twice a day all the way through I should be able to reduce some weight and strengthen so I can walk again π

I’m 29, I have been sedentary for a very long time and I dislocated my kneecap about a month ago now I’m undergoing physio therapy. Meantime I’m thinking of slowly getting into exercising so can I do this workout taking a break in between. for eg: do 10mins first then after few hours do the last 10mins? is it bad to do like that? thank you in advance. π
edit: I’m not a very fit person. I easily get tired.
Good video TY, i have bad feet, but upper body advanced 63 with 20,"biceps, but i must get off my ankles, this help, i will need adjust my core like most my age, a pain to reduce fat, i been doing OMAD,, HIT, LOW CARBS, those 3 things really helped, again I TY for caring to teach us limited ability, elderly or limited motion youth, I like that core tech you showed π , I tried, i put ankle weight, nice burn in the belly,that i can use
