You don’t need any equipment or weights!! Targets the muscles of your whole body and gives you a QUICK SWEAT!
The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise.
There are two 1min rests in between. If you need to pause longer – feel free to do so. If you don’t need a break – skip them!

I am 37 years old, 5’3 118 lbs. I used to be very active decades ago. I noticed my muscles is supper weak after dancing at my sister’s wedding. So I decide to start working out slowly. I thought 20 minutes of working out vidoe? Oh piece of cake, then not even 2 minutes, freaking dying trying to catch my breath, like my nose hole is not big enough to grasp some air while chugging water 🤣
If you are a beginner like You have never Exercised , I recommend you to Do Pamela Beginner workouts Do it for 1 2 weeks then Do this , Because You might feel it difficult to complete this Exercise and eventually you will give up and if you feel exhausted then take 2-5 min rest And then continue But Complete the whole exercise
And I really recommend you to Look at the mirror not the weight measuring machine , you might Feel ur body Toned out But You can’t See in the measuring scale , so don’t Give up and Don’t expect you will get results in 2-4 weeks And Diet is Also Necessary You can Eat Unhealthy food Like chocolate or anything like that but in small Amount .
where can I get trainers (sneakers) like hers?
I’m literally sweating so hard but I don’t think I’m doing it right bc my body isn’t aching or like burning 😭 I did the whole thing and it was lowkey pretty fun 10/10 recommend!!

I like how this was the type of exercise -made by a woman- that wasn’t just her trying to show off her body wearing something super inappropriate and her just trying to show off her body, including her bottom and chest.
