    что же делаю неделю-может две
    1 день-сделала чуть больше половины видео и сказала пока -нечего не изменилось(логично)но пот лился как с водоёма
    2 день-сегодня сделала ВСЮ тренеровку-нечего в теле ПОКА ЧТО не изменилось но возможно изменилось в весе (у меня весов нету).всё круто
    3 день-сделала чуть больше половины всё очень болит прям как в первый день и ещё у меня немного уменьшились ноги
    4 день-
    5 день-
    6 день-
    7 день-
    результат-
