    I hate onions too and i love cabbages too 😂😂😂 .

    (Tip i learnt from a random short on yt.
    When cutting onion keep a damp cloth nearby . Apparently onion releases chemicals that need moisture and since our eyes have a lot of moisture, they go straight to our eyes , so it burns…)

    My diet was to drink only water for 2 weeks💀💀 but hell nah I couldn’t reset eating everything so what I do now is wake up drink water eat vegetables and woke out of 30 minutes every morning and night.

    To help with cutting onions make sure your knife is very sharp. A lot of the burning coming from using a dull knife where it will crush the onion more than cut causing the acid to spray out

    i‘ll be doing this for 4 days^^
    (i‘ll be exercising for 30 mins and do rope skipping for a minimum of 300 times)

    day 1 : 76.3 Kg
    day 2 : 75.5 Kg
    day 3 : 74.5 Kg
    day 4 : 74.1 Kg

    i‘ll be updating you for a week to show you how my weight has changed after the diet^^

    so one day after the diet i weighted
    73.8 kg i didnt to any workouts that day

    two days after the diet i went up to 74.2 Kg

    3. day after the diet and i‘m at 73.9 Kg

    i‘ll now be trying to eat healthy and do more workouts

    a week after the diet : i now am at 74.0 kg

    i mainly tried to maintain the 74 kgs because
    the diet was very low in calories
    I was scared of a yo-yo effect
    thats why i didnt lose much weight after the diet

    if you want me to update you please reply to me ^^

    i tried losing more weight but i ended up binging again so i may do the diet again i‘m currently at 72.8 Kg

    day 1 : 73.1 KG
    day 2: 73.1 KG
    day 3: 72.3 KG
    day 4: 72.0 KG
    day 5: 71.8 KG
    day 6: 71.5 KG
    day 7: 71.3 KG

    i just want to say that i wasnt that strict this time i ate different things instead of the cabbage because i was sick of eating cabbage 😅

    heyy i‘m back again i‘ll be doing this diet again starting tomorrow ^^

    for anyone wondering the calories of these

    breakfast – fruit
    <150kcal

    lunch – fried vegetables
    roughly 250kcal including oil used to fry & sauce

    dinner – chicken breast & salad
    roughly 410kcal

    snack – cherry tomatoes / watermelon
    <100kcal

    itzy diet is around 910kcal roughly
    workouts / either 30mins cardio (2.5mile run) or 10k steps or dancing

    that’s a very rough estimate i made using mfp so don’t take it too seriously
    bc the diet is low in kcal don’t do it on top of extreme exercise or for extended amounts of time , if you only do it for 3ish days to debloat i think that’s a safe amount

    To loose belly fat and weight in genera drink warm water.. It keeps you in shape always..and the more you are aligned with nature more you will be healthy..also not eating dinner after 7:30-8:00 is really a good thing to follow.❤

    If you put the onions under cold water and cut them after you will not get those tiers
