I need to knw..after achieving my goal can i stop doing exercises? Or i meed to make it daily routine..i am so confused .. actually in 1st Lockwood j did exercise for 1 months and i saw results as well…but after some time when i stop doing workout..i start gain my weight..please reply!!!

1st day:✅ done till 19:00, very much pain especially in thighs.
2nd day:❎
3rd day✅ done till 20:00 pain is same.
4th day:✅ done till 18:40, the pain is little bit reduced.
