    It was my first time watching your videos, I was trying to find motivation to workout, and subscribed after finishing the workout, I honestly found this relaxing and fun.     This is my first doing this workout and I always had trouble stretching my left leg because I can’t even get it to lengthen. After the first half of doing the downward dog, I can lengthen it out without feeling more stretch! I will be doing this every day now before work. My spine feels better after sitting down every day😄❤

    It was a nice challenge, but this class is definitely not for beginners with limited strength and flexibility – I would have enjoyed it more with some more variations
