that was incredibly hard after doing the other ab workout. Barely made it…had to leave out some exercises…
It is recommended that you work out at least 5 hours each week for good health, more than that for weight loss. A healthy diet is also important. But anything is better than nothing.

The exercises in this workout were the same as many others from Fitness Blender but without Daniel telling me about or even when to change the exercises, the workout seemed long & tedious. So glad you guys went with the current format:)!

This is great, just what I need. I am getting ready for a physical agility test with the New York Police Department and having good cardio is very important to do well during this test. I am in good shape as I am a Sergeant in the U.S Marine Corps but need work on my cardio. Do you think doing this 30 workout just about everyday will improve my cardio??
My physical agility test is 13 days away.
I had to take 10 secs break in between half of those exercises. 60 secs is hard, but it is going to be my goal now.
