    I started this program in January, I lost had 120 pounds and then gained about 30 of it back- as soon as I started doing these workouts it was easier to maintain my weight and now it going back down! I love the boosted walking it so fun! I also like the 2 and 3 miles– is there an actual 5 mile one that is the whole boosted video?

    Leslie thank you for taking the time to put these videos up – I particularly love this one – quick request though do you have one that is actually 5miles? I have to do this one twice to get the 4miles on my fitbit.~8k steps. I am trying to get to 10k steps with each work out
