30 Minute Full Body HIIT Workout | STRONG [BOOST] – Day 11

Today is a full body strength workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will work for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds and complete 3 rounds of each circuit throughout the workout. I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells up to my 30 pound dumbbells so grab yours if you’re ready!

2. Curtsy and Front Raise
3. RDL and alt row
4. DB Speech crunch
5. Squat pop in and out x 2 then DB x 2
6. Alt Shoulder Press and Turn
7. Alt Single Leg Deadlift and Curl
8. Skiing Kickbacks
9. Power Combo

I didn’t want that to end! That was amazing. I especially loved that man maker finisher.
I need to work on all of the basics: happiness, health, strength. I’ve allowed the advice that my manager and one of the Safety team members gave me a week and a half ago, to effect my workout routine. They said I should workout on my three days off instead of working out on the days that I work. I shared this in the Sydney Squad not too long ago, because I wanted advice about what to do. So I want to work on the basics without allowing the Chondromalacia in my right knee to stop me from pursuing my goals.
I want to Focus on strong! Fast and 🔥 workout today! Loved finishing with the “man maker”!

Yesterday I was busy I missed the workout. Felt great though didn’t guilt trip myself like I’d normally do. I’ve made my life complicated by taking on starting up another business and also doing my candle business. Also have ivf end of the month. Mentally tired but I’ll balance it out soon lol. Need to work on life balance. Thanks Sydney really enjoyed this today.
