Do you have a link to, or the brand of resistance bands. I’ve used the ones with stiff handles, but yours look to be more comfortable and flexible.

loved the range of upper body workouts and leg workouts you performed with the tube bands. We personally recommend tube resistance bands when the person is looking for higher levels of resistance for more challenge in the focus are like chest and legs.

Great workout but my bands are too short to stretch overhead! I’ve looked but haven’t found longer than 48 inches (without handles). Any suggestions on where to buy?

I have a question. Since I can not use weights. Should I do the whole body workout everyday or do it like I did my previous workouts with split sets. Like mwf upper body tth lower body.

Bought myself a pack of resistance bands, determined to get in 2-3 resistance workouts a week. Found you guys. Really enjoyed this workout – will be coming back for more. Very motivating, thank you!
Twists is the only fun and easy exercise of all. I’ve burnt 250 calories as i followed both of them depending on my strength. But this video is very good ,the calories are burning exactly as shown.

I’ve never heard a trainer ask the viewer to "think about the reasons why you’re doing this…" during the workout itself. Great technique! I find your style very motivational and effective. I also like it that you use the words "mission" and "serve you". I appreciate that lingo as I’m a lay preacher who is struggling to keep in shape amidst the busy life of a father and provider. My wife and I just started doing THIS workout and it’s definitely one I want to keep on doing. I’ve subscribed and am looking forward to your other videos. I used to not be able to finish 15 minutes and after a month or so i’m not even that tired after finishing (,: !! Trust the process …
YES! That was a good workout, I enjoyed that! I’m gonna do this daily to drop the weight. I’ve had medical issue weight gain that I haven’t at all been able to lose on my own because I had gotten so much bigger over the past few years. But doing good cardio is a reminder to my mind and body how good it feels to work out. Thank you. Some cardio workouts can be so boring, but this kept my attention. So this will be my nightly workout before bed.
