30-Minute Lower Body and Core Dumbbell Workout | Men’s Health UK

This workout is going to sting a little, but the burn will be worth it. One round consists of six exercises. For each exercise you’ll be working for 40-seconds and resting for 20. Repeat a further four times until the 30-minutes are up.
All you need is a set of dumbbells, some grit and determination and a strong set of glutes. See you on the other side.

I have just done it. Very complete ✅ and well done. Designed with excercises that requires contract core muscles so during the each one is important keep the technique.
This was an amazing workout. It looked like it was going to be easy but I definitely had to dig deep to finish.
