why is it so rushed?..
While Iliked the flow… I was very disappoointed about two things: 1. There was no time for shavasana after such an intense work-out. Tou could have just left the flow going innthe background for two mins or lese then close. 2. From downward dive to vinyasa… a bit of a halfway lift. Intense but mymuscle memory of the flow before vinyasa was messed up.but i was in the moment and followed it even if my brain felt like it was being forced.
This would have been really great had that one girl just shut the heck up!!

This is really good workout. Unfortunately the last time I tried to do it, it stopped the video so an ad could play and then you can’t continue on for the remainder of the workout. Very annoying!

This workout is great and I really like the instructor. But the endless chatter and moaning noises coming from the woman in the pink top is really distracting.

The lady in the background was too much. I couldn’t finish the video.
I was able to follow it with ease last year during lockdown. But after a year it is a lot more challenging for me. Hope few days practice makes it better.

I enjoyed this yoga workout, but it didn’t feel specifically aimed at abs or butt as the title describes. Good all-round work out.

The moaning in the background is distracting. It’s like a laugh track on a sitcom. Let people make up their own minds about the yoga.

I did like the flow, definitely made me work but the moaning woman should be muted. That would be the reason I may avoid this instructor.
