The key is to protect people from health hazards such as diabetes, heart attack, stroke, brain 🧠 annurysim & obisity. We should have a health plan using a card system for different stages of a person’s health. No one is sugar patient,….why because excess sugar and excess salt from blood goes out through urine…without harming the body.

Sugar (sucrose) is the chemical combination of glucose, fructose and galactose.
You are measuring Blood glucose. Hence dont call it sugar.
