Fast foods joints love to cook and fry their foods in oils full of trans-fat oils, which have an abundance of Omega-6 fatty acids.

Normally, fibrin is a healing protein – partially by causing inflammation to bring in white blood cells. When fibrin continues to build when it’s not needed (arthritis), pain is inevitable.

    Hi, I suffer from Arthritis but also from high Cholesterol. I have always had a very healthy diet. I cannot eat any more healthily which means that my cholesterol is not caused by what I eat. Recently I tried drinking the juice of the aubergine for a few weeks and my cholesterol was reduced from 6.4 to 5.8. I squeezed the juice with an electric juice squeezer and added water to make 1/2 ltr. I drunk the juice of one aubergine every day for 3 weeks and my cholesterol when down. It is hard to say if my arthritis suffered from it. You say that there is no scientific prove that aubergine can be bad for Arthritis sufferers, but is there any other danger?

    Does anyone else notice that this seems injected with fear based sales tactics to terrorize old people who may be mentally vulnerable and the icing on the cake is young voice actors that are either doing an old person voice or literally have their voice digitally edited to sound really old to trick old people into relating to them? i can tell i got a targeted ad for this company after watching a beatles video on youtube, so maybe the algorithm thought i was old for a second. if you google for like 3 seconds multiple sources seem to say the tomato solanine arthritis connection is bullshit. they are obviously trying to get you hooked on their videos to buy a 50 dollar one once they have pried their trust from your hands with this infomercial shit, or am i wrong? can anyone give me credible documentation of them not being sharks and I am just a jaded youngster who sees the styles of infomercials from cable tv past being echoed online?

    Fresh tomatoes and eggplants and onions and mushrooms don’t contribute to arthritis whatsoever if you want to plant based diet.. I had arthritis to the point where my hands would lock up in atrophy and now that I ditched meat and fried foods and most process per foods I eat tomatoes an eggplants like they’re going out of style and I have no arthritis.
    Arthritis went away within three to four weeks of starting this diet.
    Stop telling people to not eat healthy stuff.

    I think we are all somewhat different. I can’t eat tomatoes, red meat, fish, citrus fruit or drink alcohol because those would trigger gout (arthritis) BUT Apple cider vinegar keeps it away for sure.
