This is a short and effective total body workout which you can do either first thing in the morning or before you end your day. It’ll help to stretch your body, boost your metabolism and burn calories!
Exercises
1) Squats / Jump Squats
2) Shoulder Tap Push-Ups
3) Lunge & Twist
4) Burpees
5) Mountain Climbers
6) Leg Kickbacks
7) Leg Lifts
8) Plank In-Out
Sequence: 8 intervals (45secs Workout – 15secs Rest)
Total Time: 8 minutes (1 set)
You can repeat 3 – 4 to make it a full solid workout. Rest 1 minute in between set to keep your heart rate constantly elevated.
To progress:
– Perform 3-4 sets.
– Lift some weights to make the exercises tougher or add jumps.
– Choose the advance version.

Day 1: did it with fast heart rate😌
I tried it and my dog got worried for me, he was just laying there staring at me. On the leg stretches I tried to do my arm too but instead punched him in the face 💀

It’s my 1st day of workout & i even don’t do push ups 🤣 it’s seems difficult 😥
Day 1: Bro this was so hard and I was shaking after and I couldn’t do all the workouts till the end but I have hope for tomorrow!
Day 2: it was a little bit easier I could do the push-up shoulders taps the entire time so I’m pretty proud of myself!
Day 3: I almost didn’t have time to do the workout today but I managed to! It was slightly easier but the planks are so hard😭
Day 4: Bro I’m so sore because I went on a long walk durning the day then when I worked out it was super hard, but at least I’m working out every day!

Coming back to this video! I remember doing this work out every day during online learning and I lost a lot of weight. However, I haven’t been able to keep up and gained a lot of weight back. That’s not going to stop me and I’m planning on doing this everyday again ! Love this video! 💖
I am starting to do it after my exams, i love my body but I think I should be fit. Currently i am 13yrs and weigh 56Kgs. I am doing it in evening.
Day1- did it felt like hell but did it.
Sorry I forgot to do today as i had my dance class.
So i am gonna do it 2 times today ,to compensate
Day2- did it felt less painfull but still hard.
Day3- did the whole workout without much pain, i am able to do it a lot easier than first day.
I slipped the workout for some days as i got food poisoning.
Day4- did it felt easier but i took lots of break in between to recover myself and my tummy has become a slit slimmed
My weigh came to 54-54 kgs

Her workout is effective i can prove it. I always do her workout before going to school early in morning one day I woke up late so I couldn’t do her workout that day my pant was tight to me and next day when i did her workout it was very loose. From that day i always wake up early so that i can do her workout every day
