I still have undercooked eggs (poached, soft boiled, sunny side) but have been sterilizing them in hot water prior to cooking so I should be safe.

The only fruit I can tolerate has been blackberries. I told my husband that the best gift he could ever give me would be a fruit salad post delivery. Lol.
I’ve tried everything. Unfortunately I spike every time. I’m afraid its trial and error for everyone. I had half of a small apple in a high protein, water based smoothie once… And my one hour number was 187. I cried and haven’t had an apple since that day.

Thank You!!! I’m 13wks+4 & had a screening ultrasound after my Hawaii babymoon. I was so nervous, but seeing an active baby made me so excited and motivated to get myself back in gear. I just needed this direction! Now exercise, meal inspo/planning with these ingredients, grocery shopping, and prep! 💪🏾 My Doc will be so impressed!!!

I became a lot more relaxed about rules after I saw that different countries have different rules – which were sometimes were opposing! I try to use common sense and smell things. I try to balance food risk to food benefit.
I don’t drink alcohol, but I don’t do that anyway.
I live in a country where food is quite safe as the standards are high. But it can go wrong anywhere, with stuff you never expected.

The daily intake stats make literally no sense, it seems like they were thoughtlessly pulled off google. “Tofu with calcium sulfate has 86% of your daily intake needs” 1 cup of tofu? 200g?
