I’ve tried this workout I am at the 10:51 Timestamp, trying to lose weight and increase intelligence, what I did was I slept for 25 minutes or 30 minutes then I started exercise.
Day 1: – β ok so I did the workout, I’m sweating bad and I completed the whole workout, and ended on 17:30 timestamp I’m very determined to complete this until 7 days.
Day 2: – Tomorrow the 31st.
Day 3: – Monday, November 1st.
Day 4: – Tuesday, November 2nd.
Day 5: – Wednesday, November 3rd.
Day 6: – Thursday, November 4th.
Day 7: – Final Results. (β ). I put the check so I can remember it. (Friday, November 5th 2021).
I’m going to edit this everyday.
