1: Be King: Showing kindness can help you and others feel good.
2: Get Active: Physical activity can improve your mood.
3: Be Yourself: Appreciating yourself can have a positive impact on your mental health. (For a question some of you might have: Positive self-talk helps build confidence and reduces negative thoughts.)
4: Practice Gratitude: Being grateful can help develop a positive outlook on life.
5: Get your groove on: Music soothes the soul.
6: Eat Healthy Foods: What you eat affects how you feel, eat healthy to feel healthy.
7: LAUGH: Laughter is medicine for the mind and helps to reduce stress and tension.
