    Great video, very informative.
    If you drink a lot of beer, and eat so much geletin, great fats from the best salami’s, guanciali’s, proscuitto’s….
    …eat so much vegetables, olives, just all around so many great foods…but drink alot.
    Can that completely wipe out all the good you’re doing? I drink like 14 beers a day, but otherwise eat so healthy, especially
    in the omega fats & all those fats that people don’t pay attention to.

    Thank you for sharing this information with us . I just started taking Beef Gelatin about a month ago and I’m not sure if it’s mental but My joints are feeling way better . Also my hair was thinning quite a bit in one spot and now it seems to be fuller . On the bottle it says it has 20 grams of Collagen in one serving, is that enough ?
