I’m a kid in highschool with umedicated ADHD, exercise wakes up my brain.
The difference in my productivity pre and post workout is night and day!
Also I’ve noticed my body had been getting slimmer after 3ish weeks of working out and being active.

I have returned to finish what I started and boy do I regret dropping it for as long as I did, not that I wasn’t regretting it the whole time. Did the 12 burpees without issue but it took me 30 seconds longer than you only leaving a 15 second breather, I didn’t pause to take a proper rest like I should have. It caught up to me and despite pausing for several minutes on 11 and 10 I was dry heaving during 9 and nearly through up as I finished 9.
I’m very disappointed in myself but that’s where I’m calling it for today, at least I’m eating that horse again but doing worse than my first time trying this video feels bad. Also warmed up with your ultimate warm up video.
I’m gonna comment my progress here in the comments cause I wanna fix myself and I need a way to stay accountable.
Day 1 did walk down, push up, walk up standard jump up. I can only go about half the speed jax is and my rest periods were much longer roughly 3 minutes to degas until 5 reps left. 4 through one took longer but didn’t pause the video to catch my breath and on rep 1 did a hop down, push up, walk up, knee tuck jump.
Anyone saying this is easy is already in good shape, I severely underestimated this work out but I’m kind of glad it’s harder than I thought. I can’t wait to find out how it feels to be able to keep up with the video, goal is set. I’ll try to time following workouts from start to finish time.

after this I’m beat, IT feels so GOOD AND BAD AT THE SAME WAY 0-O, it’s already part of my daily workout list 💙
I can’t really do a single burpee. I can do about 5 pushups max, but the continuation of the movement to the jump always fucks me. To fully complete along with this video will be my current fitness goal!
