With so much of regular life on hold due to COVID-19, many of us aren’t getting much physical activity. But exercise is key for fitness, strength, and stress relief.

All your kids need is a deck of playing cards! The suit represents a type of exercise—jumping jack, sit-up, plank, you name it—and the number tells you how many reps to perform. You and your children can play through a pile of cards or for a certain length of time, and modify according to your fitness levels and preferences. Now get moving!
