What does the workout target ? Is it weight loss or muscle gain? Or both xx
If you wanted to incorporate an exercise specifically targeting your butt and thighs what would you recommend? I want to start off with this because it’s been so long since I’ve been in a gym but I want to focus on my butt and thighs at the same time!

I don’t understand 4 sets of 12 or 4×12 at all is it just where I do 12 leg press 4 times ?

What does set, reps etc mean?… like you said 3 sets of 12 reps so how many times do you do it total? I don’t understand this?

Hi I just started going to the gym for the first time in years. I walked on the treadmill for 30 mins. I wanted to start slowly and slowly add more I thought if I got too sore I would find a reason not to go. I was intimidated by all the other machines. I was wondering is it normal to feel dizzy when you get off the treadmill the first time? I had to sit down for a few mins to get my head to stop spinning. Do you think it was because it was my first time in such a long time?
