hi i’m new and i was wondering if i was counting your reps wrong because it seemed like you weren’t doing the same amount. Like you did 8 instead of 12, was this on purpous or was it more just to show how to do the movement?

  8. Atinuke Sijuwade on November 6, 2021 at 11:57 am

What does the workout target ? Is it weight loss or muscle gain? Or both xx

  9. Jenna Walthers on November 6, 2021 at 11:57 am

If you wanted to incorporate an exercise specifically targeting your butt and thighs what would you recommend? I want to start off with this because it’s been so long since I’ve been in a gym but I want to focus on my butt and thighs at the same time!

  10. Patricia Carino on November 6, 2021 at 11:58 am

This was a great video. At the gym I find myself lost on which exercises to do. My only question is should I do this same exact rotation of exercises and equipment each day or change it up each day?

I’ve been wanting to workout as something to do to alleviate stress during college, I think I’m going to try this on Monday

  46. KareBear Packer on November 6, 2021 at 12:35 pm

Hi I just started going to the gym for the first time in years. I walked on the treadmill for 30 mins. I wanted to start slowly and slowly add more I thought if I got too sore I would find a reason not to go. I was intimidated by all the other machines. I was wondering is it normal to feel dizzy when you get off the treadmill the first time? I had to sit down for a few mins to get my head to stop spinning. Do you think it was because it was my first time in such a long time?

  47. Britt Danielle on November 6, 2021 at 12:38 pm

Love this!! Question, how many days out the week should a person workout?

  50. Breewilly on November 6, 2021 at 12:44 pm

This was so helpful!!! I never know what i’m doing with all th emachines, so I end up staying on the treadmill. I need more videos like this!!!
