My problem is nutrition. I eat like shit and I am a picky eater, too. Most meal plans I see just contain foods I just don’t eat, and counting calories doesn’t work well for me.
The only supplements I’ve taken are to help with metabolism since I kind of screwed it up when I tried the ol’ starve tactic back in high school, doing well and will keep at it
I might give protein powder a try
For the stretching would simply going for a 3 or 4 mile run be a good idea?
Or would it be a bad idea all around?
I need help with nutrition I just don’t know what to cook I end up just making the same meals over and over again and it gets sooo boring

My brain gets so confused when I try to learn this part of working out and I just quit cause it gets to hard to get things in order
i lifted a little when i was in my early 20s (i’m gonna be 30 pretty soon) but i didn’t lift correctly and i would skip exercises i didn’t like. this time around i want to go back in with a much more patient approach, and i want to be fully aware of every benefit i’m getting out of it. i see people in the comments say "fuck it we’re going to the gym NOW" and it gets me hyped so i haad to comment and say thanks for the vid. good luck gym brothers lets get these gains

I have been trying but I can’t seem to get more than 6 hours. Literally I wake up without an alarm.
