I hope this helps someone.. Some days i feel so sad and depressed, but as soon as i do about 30 mins of heavy exercise (whether its swimming, running, biking, or just push ups and sit ups at home..) I feel way better and wonder why i felt so upset before. Exercise can save you. Try getting 30 mins a day

My day is full of stress and tiredness if I don’t excercise early in the morning
I have also noticed that my depression levels tends to increase if I don’t excercise.
Exercising gives a positive mindset to face any complex situation in life, especially when I over estimate the problem.
My over thinking abilities vanishes and makes me to be confident in social places.
To create a confident move I erect my posture by arching my back.
My anxiety level curves down when I am criticized in social places
